Nathan Maloney

Nate is one of those rare Florida natives, born and raised in Pinellas County. He joins our team after nine years in the nonprofit sector, where he served as a Development Director focused on fundraising, donor development, and event management.

Prior to his nonprofit career, Nate spent eight years in commercial real estate property management, wearing many hats and gaining experience in office administration, lease administration and compliance, accounts payable and receivable, collections, property management databases, and providing high-level customer service to owners, tenants, and vendors. Nate also holds a Florida Real Estate License.

Nate brings a proven track record of strong performance and a people-focused, relationship-centered approach to his work. He believes the key to success is building authentic, genuine relationships. He is excited to bring his well-rounded background and experience to the team and jump back into the world of property management.

Outside of work, Nate enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying involved in his church, making people laugh as often and as hard as possible, and binge-watching just about every TV show he can find.
