Haraz Coffee House now open in Wesley Chapel!

We’re excited to welcome Haraz Coffee House to our Shoppes of New Tampa property in Wesley Chapel.

Haraz Coffee House is known for bringing high quality Yemeni coffee to communities across the country. Their story started with a passion for sharing the rich coffee culture of Yemen, one of the birthplaces of coffee. What began as a small idea has grown into a brand with locations in multiple states and a loyal following of coffee lovers who appreciate both the flavor and the experience. Now, Haraz is bringing that same energy to Wesley Chapel!

Their menu blends bold tradition with modern café favorites. In addition to classic coffee, Haraz features specialty Yemeni inspired beverages like pistachio lattes, Turkish coffee, and unique teas such as Adeni chai. They also serve iced coffees, fruit refreshers, matcha, and a wide range of frappes. Guests can also enjoy delicious sweet and savory pastries to pair with any drink.

Haraz is hosting a soft opening on January 8, giving the community a chance to explore the space and sample the menu, followed by their grand opening on January 24. Locals are already buzzing about this new spot, and we’re excited they chose Shoppes of New Tampa for their newest location.

This new Haraz Coffee House will occupy a 2,004 SF space at our Shoppes of New Tampa property. The lease was officially signed on November 28, 2025. The transaction was brokered by RPM’s leasing agent Wanda de Boer.

We look forward to welcoming Haraz to the Wesley Chapel community and seeing them become a favorite local spot!
