Her expertise includes property operations, budgeting and financial reporting, CAM reconciliations, lease administration, capital improvement projects, contract negotiations, tenant relations, and physical asset management.

In her spare time, Jackie enjoys spending time with her son, going to the beach and pool and spending time with her significant other in North Carolina.

Rorye Zitzelberger is a Commercial Property Manager with nearly 15 years of experience overseeing retail, industrial, office, and medical office properties throughout the Tampa Bay area. Throughout her career, she has successfully managed diverse commercial portfolios, focusing on maximizing asset performance while building strong relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and business partners.

Her expertise includes property operations, budgeting and financial reporting, CAM reconciliations, lease administration, capital improvement projects, contract negotiations, tenant relations, and physical asset management. Rorye is recognized for her proactive communication, attention to detail, and commitment to providing exceptional service while protecting her clients’ investments.

Rorye holds a Florida Real Estate License and is a CPM Candidate through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). She is passionate about creating well-maintained, financially successful properties and believes that responsive management and strong relationships are the foundation of long-term success.

Outside of work, Rorye enjoys spending time with family, golfing, bowling and continuing her professional education to stay current with industry best practices.

Ivette Scott is a dedicated property management professional with over 11 years of experience in the industry. Known for her exceptional customer service skills and positive attitude, Ivette is passionate about creating meaningful experiences for clients, tenants, and the communities she serves. She takes pride in building strong relationships and believes that a friendly approach and genuine connection can make a lasting impact.

Outside of work, Ivette enjoys traveling, relaxing at the beach, and spending quality time with family and friends. Most importantly, she treasures every moment with her son, who continues to bring joy and inspiration to her life.

Heather McMillin serves as Senior Vice President of Retail Leasing at RPM, where she partners with commercial property owners to lease vacancies, strengthen tenant retention, stabilize income, and maximize the value of retail assets across our markets.

Heather brings extensive leadership experience in retail brokerage and leasing. Before joining RPM, she was Managing Director at ACRE Commercial, leading sales team operations across West and Central Florida. She previously served as Senior Director of Retail at Franklin Street, representing regional and national owner developers and overseeing leasing for grocery anchored centers and ground up developments along Florida’s West Coast. Earlier in her career, she was Senior Leasing Representative with Brixmor Property Group, managing more than 1.2 million square feet of in house leasing and generating $25.9 million in lease value. Heather also spent 10 years with Westfield in various leasing roles and served as National Sales Director for Better World Books.

Outside of work, Heather is passionate about giving back. She has participated in international outreach missions and supports local organizations including Feeding Tampa Bay, Meals on Wheels, and Metropolitan Ministries. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Journalism and Geography from Missouri State University.

Priscila Williams is a Tampa native and a graduate of the University of South Florida, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication with a specialization in Creative Advertising in 2016. She joined RPM in September 2018 and earned her Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License in April 2019. She is also a certified Florida Notary.

In her free time, she enjoys live music, spending time with her pets, and going to the gym.

Jade is originally from the Netherlands. She earned her undergraduate degree Magna Cum Laude from Manhattan University, where she also served as captain of the women’s basketball team during her five-year career as a student-athlete. She went on to complete her MBA in Marketing Management at St. John’s University, graduating summa cum laude.

Jade began with the company as an intern in the summer of 2025 and has since grown into the role of Leasing and Marketing Coordinator. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and exploring new food spots.

Ellen Gameiro graduated summa cum laude from Florida Metropolitan University in July 2000, with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Afterwards she began working in the real estate industry, first as a construction accountant and then as a property accountant. She is currently RPM’s Senior Property Accountant with over 18 years of experience. In her free time, she enjoys watching sports and traveling.

Brenda brings over 20 years of experience in accounts receivable and payable to RPM Realty Management, LLC. As an A/R – A/P Specialist, she is dedicated to ensuring timely payments and maintaining strong relationships with vendors. Her commitment to upholding financial regulations and standards supports the integrity of RPM’s accounting operations and contributes to the overall success of the organization.
