RPM Realty Management, LLC is entering a new chapter as we celebrate the retirement of a longtime leader and welcome a new one to our team. Managing Director of Retail Services Wanda De Boer is retiring, and we are proud to welcome Heather McMillin as Senior Vice President of Retail Leasing.

After 15 years with RPM, our Managing Director of Retail Services, Wanda De Boer, has retired.

Wanda has built an extraordinary career representing landlords and tenants, leading redevelopment projects, and shaping retail spaces across Florida. Her impact on our company and the CRE industry has been significant and lasting. We are deeply grateful for the foundation she built and the standard of excellence she set.

While she is retiring from RPM, Wanda will continue contributing to the industry as President and Broker of Pantera Retail Advisors, where she will provide retail development, site selection, and leasing consulting services. We wish her nothing but continued success in this next chapter.

Heather brings over two decades of commercial real estate experience to RPM. She has led retail sales teams, represented regional and national landlords, and leased grocery-anchored centers, lifestyle centers, ground-up developments, and enclosed malls for major REITs. She now oversees leasing for RPM’s portfolio.

Her leadership, market knowledge, and strong industry relationships make her a powerful addition to our team. Heather’s experience across multiple asset types and her proven track record position RPM for continued growth and success.
