With over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate management, valuation and investment sales with total transaction and valuations exceeding $250M covering all major product types, Dimitrios J. Langas has represented high net worth individuals, private funds, and institutions. Mr. Langas has vast experience in real estate partnerships, acquisitions and due diligence. He has broad leasing and investment sales experience with the nations largest real estate investment firms such as Marcus & Millichap and DTZ (Cushman & Wakefield). He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from Stony Brook University and a Masters of Science in International Real Estate from Florida International University. Mr. Langas has served as a past Chapter President for AHEPA (the largest association of American citizens of Greek heritage and Philhellenes with more than 400 chapters worldwide). George D. Langas has been involved in Commercial Real Estate for over 20 years. His previous work experience include investment sales with national firms such as Marcus & Millichap and Grubb & Ellis in Tampa, FL. His experience also includes working with private real estate firms and funds involved in syndications and investments. His diversified and accomplished commercial real estate background and experience includes land development, site acquisition, affordable housing, senior housing and management.
George’s specialties include land use and entitlements for ground up development, adding value for clients using superior analysis and ability to market, negotiate and successfully transact income property acquisitions/dispositions.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from University of South Florida and a Masters of Science in International Real Estate from Florida International University.

Mr. Goldstein founded RPM in 1980 with his business partner Les Aron. From 1998-2009, he was a VP of Investments for Marcus & Millichap, concurrently running the financial aspects of RPM’s property management and financial brokerage operations. During his time at Marcus & Millichap, he and Mr. Aron were responsible for the sale of several of the firm’s largest shopping center transactions in the state of Florida.
He received a BA in Accounting from Pace College and an MBA in Finance from the Bernard Baruch School of Business.
He currently serves on the University of South Florida’s Foundation Board and has served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of USF’s Bulls Club (the major fundraising arm of USF’s athletic department). He has also served on the Board of Directors of JNF Tampa Bay and the Advisory Board of First Citrus Bank.

Wanda De Boer has over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, focusing on representation of both landlords and tenants through the sale, ground lease and leasing of multi-tenant and net-leased properties.
Wanda has 20 years of success simultaneously owning and operating two real estate firms specializing in tenant representation, consulting, leasing, and retail property management.
In 2005, she started a development firm with partners and transformed a light, industrial-zoned site into Oldsmar’s first, mixed use, office-over-retail development, comprising 65,000 SF.
She has extensive experience in shopping center redevelopment and renovation, as well as ground-up development and has worked with hundreds of local, regional, and national retailers, banks, and restaurateurs on Florida’s west coast.

Gwen Taylor joined RPM Realty Management, LLC in April 2014 as a Property Accountant. Gwen started out in both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. She now oversees all of Accounts Payable for 26 Commercial Properties.
Gwen’s background includes a variety of positions over the years in both property management and leasing. Gwen enjoys being involved and a part of all aspects of commercial real estate. Working with owners, vendors, and tenants has been a very rewarding career.
Gwen has been in the retail property management business for more than 30 years; and she has held a Real Estate Salesperson’s License for the past 18 years.
