Following the Joann bankruptcy in January 2025, RPM assumed responsibility for a 35,000‑square‑foot vacancy at our Kissimmee West property. Our team acted quickly, engaging local and regional brokerage partners and leveraging our network to identify a tenant capable of delivering sustained value to the property.

Crunch Fitness emerged as the ideal fit, bringing daily foot traffic, renewed energy, and strong co‑tenancy alignment to the center. This transaction was completed in collaboration with Vanesa Rodriguez of Katz Retail, whose market insight and partnership were instrumental in securing the deal.
