Heather McMillin serves as Senior Vice President of Retail Leasing at RPM, where she partners with commercial property owners to lease vacancies, strengthen tenant retention, stabilize income, and maximize the value of retail assets across our markets.

Heather brings extensive leadership experience in retail brokerage and leasing. Before joining RPM, she was Managing Director at ACRE Commercial, leading sales team operations across West and Central Florida. She previously served as Senior Director of Retail at Franklin Street, representing regional and national owner developers and overseeing leasing for grocery anchored centers and ground up developments along Florida’s West Coast. Earlier in her career, she was Senior Leasing Representative with Brixmor Property Group, managing more than 1.2 million square feet of in house leasing and generating $25.9 million in lease value. Heather also spent 10 years with Westfield in various leasing roles and served as National Sales Director for Better World Books.

Outside of work, Heather is passionate about giving back. She has participated in international outreach missions and supports local organizations including Feeding Tampa Bay, Meals on Wheels, and Metropolitan Ministries. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Journalism and Geography from Missouri State University.

Priscilla Ortiz is a Senior Property Manager at RPM and has been with the company since 2008, working closely alongside founder and CEO David Goldstein. With nearly two decades at RPM, she oversees day to day property operations with a strong focus on tenant relations, vendor coordination, and operational efficiency. She earned her Certified Property Manager designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management, reflecting her deep industry knowledge.

Prior to joining RPM, Ms. Ortiz worked at First Magnus Financial as a Mortgage Funder of residential loans with an annual funding average of $144 million in non-deficient loans.

Outside of work, Priscilla is a devoted mom who enjoys training in martial arts each week with her two daughters, a passion that reflects the same discipline and dedication she brings to her career.

Cindy brings over a decade of experience in the residential real estate industry. For the past five years, she has excelled as a multifamily property manager, where she gained valuable expertise in managing complex portfolios, including build-to-rent and new lease up properties. She is now eager to expand her skill set into commercial property management. Cindy started at RPM as an Assistant Property Manager and has since grown into a Property Manager role, driven by her strong work ethic, dedication, and commitment to continuous growth.

Priscila Williams is a Tampa native and a graduate of the University of South Florida, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication with a specialization in Creative Advertising in 2016. She joined RPM in September 2018 and earned her Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License in April 2019. She is also a certified Florida Notary.

In her free time, she enjoys live music, spending time with her pets, and going to the gym.

Jade is originally from the Netherlands. She earned her undergraduate degree Magna Cum Laude from Manhattan University, where she also served as captain of the women’s basketball team during her five-year career as a student-athlete. She went on to complete her MBA in Marketing Management at St. John’s University, graduating summa cum laude.

Jade first joined the company as an intern and now works full time. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and exploring new food spots.

Ellen Gameiro graduated summa cum laude from Florida Metropolitan University in July 2000, with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Afterwards she began working in the real estate industry, first as a construction accountant and then as a property accountant. She is currently RPM’s Senior Property Accountant with over 18 years of experience. In her free time, she enjoys watching sports and traveling.

Brenda brings over 20 years of experience in accounts receivable and payable to RPM Realty Management, LLC. As an A/R – A/P Specialist, she is dedicated to ensuring timely payments and maintaining strong relationships with vendors. Her commitment to upholding financial regulations and standards supports the integrity of RPM’s accounting operations and contributes to the overall success of the organization.

Colin Edwards serves as the Property Accountant at RPM. He earned his undergraduate degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Technology and holds professional accreditation as a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians. He has also completed additional credits toward the Association of Certified Accountants designation.

Prior to joining RPM, Colin spent over fifteen years in the property management industry as a Senior Property Accountant and Accounting Supervisor. He specialized in luxury, amenitized communities, managing an average portfolio of approximately 9,000 residential units and 300 commercial mixed use units. His experience includes overseeing accounting functions related to real estate investment, construction, land acquisitions and sales, owner distributions, and funding.

In his free time, Colin enjoys long scenic road trips with his family. He is also a lifelong athlete who competed in track and field and field hockey at the collegiate level and continues to stay active by jogging daily. He also loves listening to jazz and classical music.
